PURPOSE: To granulate many kinds of raw materials by a granulator of a specific kind, to remove the cause of the trouble of each part of the granulator and to stabilize the quality of a granular product while exerting no adverse effect on a raw material to be granulated. CONSTITUTION: Dies 2 and the rollers 4 tumbling on the dies 2 are arranged in a main body frame 1 and thermocouples 13, 14 are provided to the outer surface of the main body frame 1 at the position corresponding to the dies and a raw material mixing position. Jet nozzles 16 are provided so as to be suspended from the lid member 15 of a frame and a pressure pump 18 and a water tank 19 are connected to the nozzles 16 and the pressure pump 18 is controlled in its operation by the thermocouples 13, 14. |
