PURPOSE: To remove underfil of a projection (cog, tooth, etc.) while flexing properties are improved. CONSTITUTION: When unvulcanized rubber sheets 3', 4', 6' are put between a mold 1 and a sleeve 9 and are molded by pressure vulcanization, an under canvas 7 consisting of an unwoven fabric or unwoven paper is made to lie between the sleeve 9 and the unvulcanized rubber sheets 3', 4', 6', and a cogged V belt having a cog is obtained by a recessed part 9a and a projection part 9b which are formed on an inner peripheral surface of the sleve 9. |
