CONSTITUTION: At first, the matter W to be coated immersed in a coating soln. is raised by jigs 1a, 1b and, when the upper end of the matter W to be coated protrudes from the surface of the coating soln. L by predetermined quantity, the whole of the matter W to be coated is grasped by jigs 2a, 2b to be drawn up from the coating soln. L. The jigs 1a, 1b release the matter W to be coated. Like such a case that the jigs 1a, 1b are drawn up from the coating soln. L along with the matter to be coated, non-uniformity of a coating film due to the coating soln. accumulated in the gap between the jigs 1a, 1b and the gap between the matter and the jigs does not arise. |
