PURPOSE: To provide a heat-treating method of windup roller film capable of carrying out effective and rapid annealing and capable of carrying out annealing treatment sufficient for preventing effect on rolling wrinkle and rolling slippage in large amount, provide an apparatus and obtain a support for photographic photosensitive materials. CONSTITUTION: A film roller 1 is enclosed by a heat-insulating panel 3 and a motor 6 for intermittently rotating or continuously rotating a roller 5 for supporting a rolled core 4 in a rotating direction in which a film roll is rolled and fastened at 0.04-4rph is installed and an ejection port 7 of hot air is formed in the heat-insulating panel 3.
