RESIN TRANSFER MOLDING METHOD

PURPOSE: To obtain a composite material article having an excellent toughness by preventing a rise in the viscosity of an injected resin when a fiber reinforced composite material is produced by a resin transfer molding method using a toughness imparting agent. CONSTITUTION: A mold is filled with fibers, wherein at least the surfaces thereof are partially coated with a toughness imparting agent comprising a rubber component or plastic with a glass transition temp. of 100 deg.C or higher, for a composite material and a curable resin is injected in the mold to perform molding.
