PURPOSE: To provide a polyethylene non-oriented film and a laminated film whose film article, its processing process, a slipping property in a long-term preservation, blocking resistance, and opening property are ameliorated, and a bag using these films. CONSTITUTION: In a polyethylene non-oriented film, a polyethylene resin is used as a main body and the blocking strength is 10g/70mm or lower, preferably the haze is 15% or lower, and a slipping property (tanθ) is 0.6 or lower. This laminated film consists of the polyethylene non-oriented film, wherein at least one outer layer contains an anti-blocking agent and a slip agent, a space between layers from one layer to other outer layer has a density gradient, the other outer layer consists of a polyethylene resin having the highest density, and the high density is 0.900-0.945g/cm<3> . Further preferably, this film does not contain an antiblocking agent and/or a slip agent in the other outer layer. Also, this laminated film consists of this film and another plastic film. This bag uses these films.
