发明名称 IMPROVED REDUCTIVE AMINATION CATALYST
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To obtain a catalyst having superior selectivity and activity for main products, EDA, DETA and AEEA, by combining reductive aminated metal or metals on a transition alumina support selected from the group consisting of respective alumina phases and mixtures thereof. CONSTITUTION: At least one catalytically effective reductive aminated metal is combined on a transition alumina metal support. The preferable reductive aminated catalyst provides the ratio of non-cyclic products to cyclic product higher than that of any transition alumina-free catalyst. Transition alumina is defined as partially hydroxylated aluminum oxide series. Of transition alumina materials,δandθphases are preferable supports. Other preferably transition alumina materials include mixtures of transition metals such asτ-θ,δ-θ,θ-αphases or mixtures thereof. Preferable reductive aminated catalyst comprise nickel and rhenium, or nickel, rhenium and boron.</p>
