PURPOSE: To obtain a medicine suitable for remarkably improving the emergence ratio and yield of a potato by sticking and coating thereof on the surface of a section of a seed potato. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of citric soluble calcium phosphate (desirably bone black) with slaked lime is applied or stuck to a section of a seed potato to remarkably improve the emergence ratio of the seed potato. The mixing ratio of the citric soluble calcium phosphate to the slaked lime is within the range of (1:10) to (10:1) and the mixture is used as a fine powdery mixture having <=60 mesh grain size. |
