PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of ink from an ink container by forming a rigid monolithic frame surrounding the opening part extending from a first surface to a second surface and having the bonding surface facing to the first and second surfaces, and fixing respective flexible films to both surfaces to close the opening part. SOLUTION: A frame 50 is formed so as to have two continuous support shelves or bonding surfaces 68, 69 isolated from each other and surrounding an opening part 56, those bonding surfaces are opposed to each other, the surface 68 is turned toward the first surface 58 of the frame, and the surface 69 is turned toward the second surface thereof. After the frame 50 is formed, an adhesive bonding material 70 is applied to the bonding surfaces 68, 69, and flexible films 52, 52' are arranged at a predetermined position to be bonded and fixed to the surfaces 68, 69 by the adhesive bonding material 70. Since the frame is molded integrally, the interface between two molded parts is eliminated and a problem of an ink leak at the interface attached thereto is eliminated. |
