PURPOSE: To provide a method for weaving fibers, capable of giving the correlation of 1/f fluctuations to the pattern of the tissue of the woven fabric. CONSTITUTION: This method for weaving fibers comprises passing warps through plural healds 4, separating the warps 21 into two layers to form an opening between the two layers, and subsequently inserting wefts 22 into the opening to weave the warps 21 and the wefts 22. Therein, heald operations corresponding to the numerical values of the numerical value rows of 1/f fluctuations are performed in a tissue pattern, and the heald operations of another tissue pattern are performed between the numerical values of the numerical value rows. Thus, plural kinds of tissue patterns are formed in the woven fabric 2, and the 1/f fluctuations can be imparted to the tissue patterns. |
