PURPOSE: To certainly return the excessive content removed by a slide-cutting part to a container main part while preventing possibility such that the removed content again returns to a spoon or spills to the outside of the container main body by forming the shape of the leading end part of a container into a conical part contracted toward an opening having a dimension permitting the insertion of the spot. CONSTITUTION: A tapered mouth container 1 consists of a bottomed cylindrical container main body 2 made of a synthetic resin and the lid 4 supported on the upper part thereof by a hinge 6 and the leading end part 10 of the container main body 2 has a truncated cone shape and a circular opening part 12 is provided to the top part thereof. The angle α of inclination of the surface of the truncated cone part to a vertical line V is arbitrarily set corresponding to the size of the container or the taking-out amt. of content but desirably adjusted to 5-30 deg., prefarable 15-20 deg.. A spoon is inserted in the container from the circular opening part 12 to scoop up the content and the leading end part of the spoon is rubbed with the peripheral edge of the circular opening part 12 to remove the excessive content. At this time, the amt. of the content can be adjusted by regulating the angular relation between the circular opening part 12 and the spoon. |
