PURPOSE: To effectively use a construction site, effectively apply vibration control measures, and improve comfortability in a clean room by applying the multistory design to a clean room building. CONSTITUTION: A gate type peripheral building 14 formed out of leg sections 20 erected along the sides of a main building 12 in such a state as separated therefrom, and a machine and servicing room 18 extended between the leg sections 20, is constructed outside the main building 12 where a plurality of stories of clean rooms 16 are formed. Thereafter, machines for air conditioning and servicing systems are installed on the building 14. As a result, a construction site dedicated to the machine and servicing room 18 is not required, and a vibration generated from machines in the room 18 is prevented from propagating to the building 12. |
