The safety cooling system using a mixed condensation and evaporation unit consists of two inventions, arising from a single inventive concept, which base their operation on the utilization of the calorific energy absorbed by the coolant of a conventional plant 12, owing to any deficiency thereof, which involves an excessive increase in the discharge pressure and condensation temperature of the coolant, and whose purpose is to prevent the transmission of said superfluous calorific energy between the coolant and the compressor 1. The essential element of the assembly is the mixed unit 3, where said energy utilization takes place, via which utilization the coolant yields all the excess absorbed heat, in the form of a cooling supply 9, to the heat reservoir of the plant 1 and 4. The assembly 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 acts as a safety, regulation and control system and system for storing energy. <IMAGE>
