The inverted U sectioned base comprises a back vertical flap (5) for fixing to the wall, and a front vertical flap (6) the top part (7) of which is joined to the back vertical flap leaving a space (8) between them. A support bar (10) is vertically mounted on the front flap. The horizontal position of the bar is adjusted by adjustments (14) formed by the bar itself. The back part of the bar has an external thread (16) cooperating directly or indirectly with an internal thread (17) in a hole in the front vertical flap. The back end (18) of the bar rests against the back vertical flap of the base.
