The suspension fastener comprises two handles (1,10) and a base (3) forming the dustbin anchoring point. The two handles have on the sides and in their base crenellations (6) for the passage of the bag handles. The crenellations create dovetails (7) around which the bag handles are interlaced or rolled in order to suspend the bag. Along the crenellation cut-outs the dovetails can be of carried shape, but it is necessary that they have lugs (20) for holding the bag edges in place. According to use, one or other of the lugs can cause the bag to open wide when the bag handles are separated. The two handles (1,2) have at the base and on each side shoulders (15) on which the bag edges rest. These shoulders ensure the folding of the bag edges to close it, by bringing together the two handles.
