The device consists of an adjustment shaft and an adjustment board with at least two contact springs (8B). A moving straight line corresponds to the travelling speed of a vehicle to the point of a contact bridge. The point of contact spring and the point of contact bridge come in contact by adjustment board (7) positioning.
