The appts. has a second housing which contains a picture monitor section, and is rotatably held w.r.t. the first housing, which contains a VTR section. A first holding shaft has a hollow centre and is secured to the first housing. A rotary part has a centre cavity, and engages with the holding shaft while being fastened to the second housing. Flexible parts are located between the holding shaft part and the rotary part, such as to generate a torsional load. Between the VTR and the picture monitor sections is fitted a conductive wire from the second housing, passing through the hollow sections up to the first housing.
