The invention relates to a postural bra which aims at supporting and protecting the breast, besides preventing and correcting a tendency to hyper-kyphosis of the backbone. It consists of a bra body (12) provided in its central front part with vertical shoulder lifters (14A, 14B) and of a posterior support (16); its body contains, in its lateral edges, identical straps (18A, 18B) which are connected, in one of their edges, to the upper parts of the vertical folds (20A, 20B) of the said posterior support (16) and, in the other edges, to the lower parts of the horizontal folds (22A, 22B) of said posterior support (16); from this point, adjusting straps (24A, 24B) are lengthened.
