The apparatus is designed to open/close a damper blocking an inlet at a sidewall of a kitchen room. The apparatus includes: a timer shaft (21) installed at upper side of a timer bracket (10) mounted to a control panel; a function selective shaft (31) located at lower side of the timer bracket (10); a cam (4) with a groove (41) installed to the function selective shaft (31); a shaft hole (51) located at the center of a lever (50) of the timer shaft (21); and an interlock pin (60) installed between the cam (40) and a damper (70).
