The invention pertains to the field of musical instruments and is a percussion instrument containing a sound-producing element in the form of a bell casing, a clapper mounted inside the casing and capable of swinging, a drive with a lever for displacing the clapper, and a base. The instrument is provided with a damper for damping the vibrations of the bell housing, a turntable mounted on the base, and elements on the lever of the clapper displacement mechanism for capturing the clapper.
