The invention concerns packaged pre-cooked, filled or unfilled pasta in portions of between 150 and 500 g and is characterized in that they are sealed in packaging film which is heat-resistant up to at least 125 DEG C. Preferably, composite film which is impermeable to oxygen is used. The invention also concerns a method of producing the packaged pre-cooked pasta. |
