Air-turbine-driven rotary atomiser with built-in rinsing device

The atomiser has at the top of its housing (12) a spray head (14) driven by the rotor (18) of the air-turbine motor (16). The head is rinsed with a mixture of compressed air and solvent supplied through an internal guide (24) formed by inner and outer tubes (26,28). The turbine rotor is in the form of a hollow shaft through which the mixture flows from an external connection (23) up to the spray head. The outer tube (28) is approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis of the atomiser and is integrated into the turbine motor.
