The valve has a lock (17) which has integrated locking and release devices. The locking device (3) comprises an annular lever (43) which has movable levers (14) attached to it at equal distances around the perimeter. The levers are between a volute spring (16) and a thrust collar (15) which also spans them and is connected to the annular lever. The annular lever may have a groove on its upper side.
