The long handle (1) is joined to the two-part (4,5) holder (2) by a cardan link (3) forming a first connection. A detachable second connection, in the form of a permanent magnet (9) on the handle and a ferriferous plate (7) on the top of the holder, is positioned between part of the top of the holder spaced apart from the cardan link, and the long handle. The holder's narrow side (8) touches at least two points of the plane resting against the holder's narrow side and at right angles to the holder's surface. The bottom part of the handle, when the second connection is closed, is directly fixed between the holder and the handle onto the upper side of the holder. An at least partially straight edge of the holder's narrow side facing the second connection forms a support line.
