The ventilation element has a sealing (22) which is formed by an annular sealing element (15) which radially surmounts against a shaft (9). The sealing element is elastically deformable against its sealing seat (18), at least in the radial direction. The sealing element is made as an O-ring which fits into a circular groove (14) of the shaft. The shaft is part of a screw (12) which has an outer thread (8) which engages with the inner thread (5) of the bore (6).
