The apparatus and method regulates the temperature within the carburetter by controlling a phase angle of an electric power with respect to heat accumulation variations caused by material characteristics of a heater and a carburetter wall, interior temperature variations and external condition variations. The apparatus comprises: temperature sensors(1,2) sensing the temperature of the carburetter wall, and an interior space; a microcomputer(3) generating a control signal correspondent to a phase angle control quantity of a power source by comparing the temperatures of the sensors(1,2) with references; a phase angle controller(4) driven by a control signal of the microcomputer(3); a power source(5).
