Slaughterhouse cadaver washing assembly incorporates roller brushes

An assembly cleans animal esp. hanging pig cadavers. The novelty is that the assembly incorporates two or more roller brushes which can be rotated through two axes (2, 2'). The roller brushes (1, 1') are so positioned that the hanging animal cadaver can pass between the two as it is cleaned. The assembly also incorporates a drive unit (10, 10') which moves the brushes (1, 1') up and down on vertical guide rods (5, 6, 15, 5', 6', 15').
