PURPOSE:To easily remove a disk from a movable metal mold, and to continuously stably remove the disk having less distortion of the central hole or less warpage by pressing the inner periphery of the disk to the movable mold when the disk is removed from the mold. CONSTITUTION:A molded disk 5 is pressed to a movable metal mold 1 by a disk retainer 11, blowing air from an air ejector passage is fed toward the outer periphery between the disk 5 and the mold 1 to remove the disk 5 from the mold 1. The disk 5 removed from the mold 1 is sucked to a sucker 8 attached to the arm 7 of a removing machine to be removed. The sucker 8 is attached to the arm 7 through a spring 10 by a suction board post 9, and adjusted at pressing to the disk 5 by the spring 10. Since the disk 5 is easily removed from the mold 1 by the air from the ejector passage 12, an ejector for mechanically projecting the disk 5 is eliminated to simplify the structure of the mold. |
