This invention relates to the composition useful for eradicating vegetable pathogens or animal fung; wherein the composite comprises M-(methoxyimino)-5-thiazolacetate derivatives with the following formula(I) and it's (Z)-,(E)-isomer. In the formula, R1 is halogen atom, amino group, linear or side chain alkyl group or phenyl group, or -SR4 wherein R4 is linear or side chain alkyl group or phenyl group; R2 is hydrogen atom or linear or side chain alkyl group; R3 is linear or side chain alkyl group, alkenyl group or; R5 is halogen atom, linear or side chain alkyl group, alkoxy group, phenyl or phenoxy group, and n is 0 or 1.
