Brick-moulding machine

The brick-moulds (1) are in rows running in the lengthwise direction of their conveyor, and to them the lumps (2) are delivered in lengthwise rows and in the transverse direction. The discharge ends of the conveyors (9) delivering the lumps are offset from each other in the lengthwise direction. Indexing mechanisms can be included to deliver the lumps into the moulds. Thrust forks can be provided at opposite sides of the mould conveyor. Their prongs are spaced apart for twice the centre distance between adjacent moulds. The prongs of one fork are offset from those of the other for the centre distance between the moulds.
