PURPOSE: To eliminate a room formed by an opponent component even if the thick or thin specification of a skin material is used by vacuum molding the material by the lower mold of a foam molding machine, and integrating the material with a pad material at the time of molding the pad material. CONSTITUTION: A core material 21 which is molded in a predetermined shape by injection molding is set on the surface of an upper mold 50, and a skin material 23 is heated to a predetermined temperature by a heater and then set on the surface of a lower mold 40 with the urethane film surface directed upward. The material 23 is vacuum molded in the surface shape of the mold 40 while regulating the sliding amount of the material 23 by a skin material tension regulating mechanism 60. Then, after foamable urethane resin liquid is cast in the cavity C of the mold 40, the mold 50 is clamped, the liquid is molded to mold a pad material, and simultaneously the material 21 is integrated with the material 23 to complete the foam molding. Thereafter, the peripheral edge end of the material 23 is wound at the peripheral edge of the rear surface of the material 21. |
