PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing an electric apparatus in which the apparatus having excellent thermal conductivity and heat cycling properties can be efficiently manufactured. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing an electric apparatus comprises the steps of filling filler having large particle size in a case of mold containing a component, smoothing the filling surface, then pressure-reducing and casting epoxy resin composition containing filler having small particle size, and curing the composition. |
