<p>PURPOSE: To reduce the cost by arranging a cylindrical body made of a magnetic metallic material on the outer circumference of a cylindrical body made of a synthetic resin where an inner diameter part on one end part is locked. CONSTITUTION: A shaft 1 for an electromagnetic clutch consists of a tubular body 2 made of a synthetic resin, and a tubular body 3 made of a magnetic metallic material arranged on the outer circumference thereof. In the tubular body 2 made of the synthetic resin, an inner diameter part on the left end part is formed of the D-shaped section, while the other inner diameter part is formed of the circular shape. In the tubular body 2, both end parts are projected in the axial direction from the tubular body 3 made of the metallic material, a projected part 4 is formed at the position opposite to the tubular body 3 on the outer circumference, and ring grooves 5, 6 for locking are formed on the outer circumference of a boundary part of the tubular body 3 at both end parts. Because the part to constitute the magnetic path of the shaft is formed of the tubular 3 made of the magnetic metallic material, it can demonstrate the totally similar function to that of the shaft mode of the sintered compact.</p> |
