PURPOSE: To obtain a dust collector which is capable of collecting dust effectively by improving the efficiency of powder sticking to a printing sheet to be transported at the time of collecting floating dust of a blocking preventive powder in the delivery part of a printer. CONSTITUTION: This dust collector serves for the delivery part of a leaf printer over which a blocking preventive powder is spread. A cover 44 which extends across the air exhaust side of a fan 42 for causing a printing sheet to be transported, to stick to a transported printing sheet guide plate arranged in a leaf transport path, is provided on the guide plate. In addition, a fan 50 which aspirates an air in the cover is arranged in an aspiration passage (aspiration duct 48) connected to the cover. Further, a filter 54 is arranged halfway through a path which aspirates the air in the cover, and a cyclone dust collection means 52 is provided in the upstream aspiration side of the filter. A filter 54a is likewise arranged in a path leading to an aspiration means 50 connected to the suction roller 34 of the delivery part so that the aspiration means 50 is sucked to the suction roller 34. At the same time, the cyclone dust collection means 52a is provided in the upstream aspiration side of the filter 54a. |
