<p>PURPOSE: To remove impurities such as a chromium component without combining many chemical agent-treating processes and regenerate a phosphor without oxidatively deteriorating the phosphor by subjecting the phosphor recovered from a process for forming a fluorescent film to a regeneration treatment comprising treating the recovered phosphor with an aqueous solution containing ozone. CONSTITUTION: A phosphor recovered from a fluorescent film-forming process is treated with an aqueous solution containing ozone, an alkali agent, an oxidizing agent excluding the ozone, such as hydrogen peroxide, and one or more kinds of chelating agents such as ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA) and tetraethylenepentamine(TETREN).</p> |
