PURPOSE: To obtain air-conditioning equipment which can carry out both heating and cooling without increasing an indoor installation space. CONSTITUTION: By making hot water flow through a heat exchanger 3, radiant heat is emitted from the front of the heat exchanger and thereby indoor heating is conducted. By making cold water flow through the heat exchanger 3 and by operating a blower 4, besides, indoor air is cooled through the intermediary of the back side of the heat exchanger 3 and heat transfer fins 3e while it is made to flow forcedly through an air flow passage 3f, and thereby indoor cooling is conducted. Accordingly, both of heating and cooling can be conducted with a depth dimension being equal practically to the one of panel type heating equipment which emits the radiant heat from the front. |
