PURPOSE: To provide a printing head for a wire impact type dot printer effectively transferring the heat of a core block to a carriage by a radiation member easy to produce. CONSTITUTION: The attaching reference surface 5 parallel to a printing surface and developed in positional accuracy in a horizontal direction and a height reference surface 6 developed in positional accuracy in a height direction are provided to a carriage 1 and the rear surface 26 of the protruding part being the reference surface in the height direction of a nose frame 19 is brought into close contact with the height reference surface 6 while the radiation member attaching surface 23 being the reference surface in the horizontal direction and the attaching reference surface of the carriage 1 are brought into close contact with the carriage attaching surface 17 of a radiation member 11. Since the positioning in the height direction of the nose frame 19 is not performed by the radiation member 11, it is unnecessary to precisely process the radiation member 11 and production becomes easy. Since the clearance between a core block 8 and the inner peripheral surface of the radiation member 11 can be reduced, heat conductivity is enhanced and the heat to the carriage 1 is sufficiently let escape. |
