<p>PURPOSE: To improve the extent of travelability on an uphill road or the like by delaying the impartment of auxiliary driving force so as to make the maximal time of this auxiliary driving force to pedal operating force approximate to the minimal time of this pedal operating force. CONSTITUTION: A controller 21 sets a pedal operating force period for seeking the delay time of auxiliary driving force impartment to the initial value at a time when a preprogram is started by a starting switch being turned on, but when it comes to measuring timing of pedal operating force, this controller reads the pedal operating force by a pedal operating force detecting sensor 44. Then a fact of whether the pedal operating force is the maximum or not is judged, and when it is not the maximum, the delay time written in a timetable is read out, seeking the auxiliary force conformed to it and the delay time, through which an auxiliary output process takes place. On the other hand, at a point of time when reaching to the maximum, the pedal operating period is definitely fixed, and the next pedal operating period is started to measure, while the delay time is operated from the decided pedal operating period, whereby imparting time for the auxiliary driving force conformed to the delay time is operated as well, thereby controlling the drive of a motor 12 for auxiliary power.</p> |
