<p>PURPOSE: To prevent an inverting part of a flat cable from being pulled in a reverse direction to a rotational direction, by arranging a small diametric roller having a diameter without coming into contact with the flat cable further to be mounted in a connecting unit. CONSTITUTION: In a space 3 formed by a rotary unit 1 and a fixed unit 2, a flat cable 4 provided with a U-shaped inverting part 5 is stored, also to store a roller group 8 of connecting a plurality of large diametric rollers 7 by a connecting unit 6. Between a pair of large diametric rollers 7a, 7b of climping the inverting part 5, further in an external surface side of the inverting part 5, a small diametric roller 10, having a diameter without coming into contact with the cable 4 wound to the rotary/fixed units 1, 2 further to be mounted in the connecting unit 6, is arranged.</p> |
