<p>PURPOSE: To provide a portable electronic equipment in which the lid is not obstructive and a mounted card can be prevented from being taken out inadvertently. CONSTITUTION: A card storage part which can store the card 36 is formed in the main body 10 of a personal computer and the insertion slot 30 of the card storage part is open in the flank 10a of the main body 10. An eject button 44 for ejecting the card is provided on the flank of the main body 10 adjacently to the insertion slot 30. Further, a plate type lid member 46 is provided on the flank 10a of the main body 10 and this lid member 46 covers the end part of the insertion slot 30 to restrict the extraction of a card type electronic component from the card storage part and is provided slidably between a restriction position where the eject button 44 is covered and an opening position where the insertion slot 30 and eject button 44 are exposed.</p> |
