PURPOSE: To effectively prevent the flotation of a surface-protecting film from a protecting object in bending work and surely prevent the loss of the protecting function caused by the flotation. CONSTITUTION: This surface-protecting film has a tacky adhesive layer formed on one surface of a polyolefin substrate and satisfies the formula 200<E×T<500 [E is elastic modulus (kg/cm<2> ) of the surface-protecting film; T is thickness (mm) of the surface-protecting film].
