PURPOSE: To provide the information processor capable of exactly grasping the place where an information processor is installed. CONSTITUTION: A central controller 31 inside a KARAOKE device 10 is connected through communication control equipment 27 to a charging communication network 5 and receives the telephone number of a public telephone line 6. Continuously, the central controller 31 collates that received telephone number with a telephone number stored in a hard disk 33 inside the same KARAOKE device 10. As a result, when they are not matched, a new telephone number is transmitted to an information center 1. The information center 1 specifies a terminal managing device defining the local code of the received telephone number as a zone in charge, reads the telephone number of the public telephone line 6 connecting this managing device and transmits it to the KARAOKE device 10. Then, the KARAOKE device 10 accesses the terminal managing device based on the received telephone number, and the ID number and telephone number of the KARAOKE device 10 are transmitted. |
