<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with the drying and recovery of an adhesive or solvent by performing the multicolor molding of a thermoplastic resin on rubber of which the surface is halogenated by compression or injection molding without using an adhesive or solvent. SOLUTION: The multicolor molding of a thermoplastic resin is performed on vulcanized SBR of which the surface is chlorinated. At first, rubber is cut into a dimension of 100×40 mm by using a punch to form a preform. Next, the preform comprising the thermoplastic resin is formed into a film with a thickness of about 1 mm by compression molding and this film is cut by a punch to form a cut film with a dimension of 100×40 mm. Then, the film is arranged in a compression mold and the thermoplastic resin is heated at 180 deg.C for 5 min or at 220 deg.C for 2 min without applying pressure to the surface of the vulcanized chlorinated rubber and, subsequently, pressure is slightly applied for 2 min to mold a preform and a composite material is cooled by circulating water.</p> |
