PURPOSE: To extend and fix wiring material by canceling its looseness in an easily attachable/detachable state. CONSTITUTION: A fixed block 30 having a groove part 30a deeply formed in the direction nearly vertical to an FPC(flexible printed circuit board) 19 surface is provided nearly along the width direction of the FPC 19, and the FPC 19 is bent partially to be pushed in the groove part 30a of the fixed block 30. The FPC 19 connected to a light emitting element 14 and prolonged striding a tension belt 17 from upward a reel base cover 18 is extended and fixed without touching to the tension belt 17 even in the structure that no reel base cover 18 setting the tape end detecting light emitting element 14 covers over the tension belt 17 wound around a reel base 7.
