PURPOSE: To efficiently insert a contact pin into a printed multilayer plate for electronic parts with a simple structure by providing a mechanism of correcting a winding curl of a roll in a supply part of the contact pin. CONSTITUTION: In the case of supplying a contact pin 1, a residual amount of the contact pin 1 wound to a reel 16 is detected by a sensor 11, to change an angleθof an angle variable block 3 by transmitting a signal to a motor 14 through a control part 12. In the angle of the angle variable block 3, draw in angle of the contact pin 1, by increasing the angle in accordance with enlarging a winding curl of the contact pin 1, its winding curl is corrected, to supply the contact pin 1 without a warp. While performing repetition of supplying, cutting the contact pin 1 and moving a table 8, the contact pin 1 is inserted row by row to a guide jig 9. Next, a tie bar of the contact pin 1 is broken to separate the contact pin 1 inserted to an electronic part use printed multilayer plate 13.
