PURPOSE: To decide the coincidence of both information data even if the strict coincidence is not secured between these data by calculating the degree or coincidence between the items or both data corresponding to each other and then deciding the coincidence of both information data based on the calculated degree of coincidence. CONSTITUTION: The bill contents are previously read at a reading part 5 and stored in a storage part 3 as a bill file. At the part 5, the data contents of money receiving/dispensing transaction detailed statements are read and the customer name data, the customer number data and the claimed amount data are collated with the data on every bill. Then it is retrieved whether the bills coincident with the detailed statements are contained in the bill file or not. If no coincidence is detected even with a single piece of data, the degree of non-coincidence is calculated by a fuzzy operation between the data on the discordant items and the data on the transfer date. Then the corresponding bill is retrieved when the calculated degree of coincidence is higher than its threshold level. |
