PURPOSE: To obtain an electricity storage circuit by which a voltage can be supplied continuously to a load part even when an intermittent light irradiation state is generated by a method wherein a first transistor switch and a second transistor switch are controlled by the voltage value, of a large-capacitance capacitor, which is detected by a detection circuit part. CONSTITUTION: When a large-capacitance capacitor 8 is charged to an ordinary capacitance, a small-capacitance capacitor 7 is charged or made conductive via a light power generation part 1 and a diode 5. After that, a second transistor switch 14 is kept in an ON state, and the large-capacitance capacitor 8 is charged. Then, when the large-capacitance capacitor 8 is not charged normally, the second transistor switch 14 is set to an OFF state, and the supply of a voltage to the small-capacitance capacitor 7 is started again. Thereby, even when an intermittent light irradiation state is generated, a voltage can be supplied continuously to a load end, and a discharge circuit part and a voltage detection part can be deleted and reduced. |
