PURPOSE: To provide a gel electrolyte excellent in a low temperature characteristic for the purpose applied to a lithium or lithium ion battery or the like, by lowering down a glass transition point of polymer of forming a gel skeleton. CONSTITUTION: An electrolyte is obtained by mixing a polymer with an organic electrolyte containing one kind or more of annular ester or annular carbonic ester. An organic solvent of forming an organic electrolyte of this gel electrolyte is γ-butyrolactone. |
