PURPOSE: To realize a semiconductor relay with a low output capacitance and a low ON resistance by adopting a FET with a low output capacitance for one of two FETs. CONSTITUTION: The semiconductor relay is made up of a 1st FET whose ON resistance is Ron1 and whose output capacitance is Cout1 and a 2nd FET whose ON resistance is Ron2 (Ron2<<Ron1) and whose output capacitance is Cout2 (Cout1<<Cout2). Then the 1st FET and the 2nd FET are connected in series, open terminals of the 1st and 2nd FETs are used for input terminals or output terminals, which are used to turn on/off the 1st and 2nd FETs. |
