<p>PURPOSE: To provide a filling pump that can be washed and sterilized inside without disassembly. CONSTITUTION: A rod constituting a filling pump is formed of a first rod part 11 and a third rod part 13 respectively larger in diameter with a small diameter second rod part 12 placed in between. A cylinder constituting the filling pump has a first hole part 31 larger in diameter than the first rod part 11 and longer than the first rod part 11, a second hole part 32 having almost the same diameter as the first rod part 11 and shorter than the second rod part 12, a third hole part 41 larger in diameter than the third rod part 13, and a fourth hole part 42 having almost the same diameter as the third rod part 13. The third hole part 41 has the fourth hole part 42 communicating with the outside. When the first rod part 11 is positioned in the first hole part 31, a fluid flows in from the upper part of the cylinder and flows out from a fifth hole part.</p> |
